2PriceTags helps customers shop U.S. products and arrange international shipping, freight, delivery, and import support for supported destinations outside the United States.
Depending on the item, destination, weight, package size, supplier, and shipping method, orders may ship by courier, air freight, sea freight, dry freight, cold freight, local delivery, warehouse pickup, or another available logistics option.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing, supplier delays, warehouse receiving, package consolidation, freight booking, customs clearance, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, missing documents, unpaid balances, courier delays, or government agency requirements may extend the delivery timeframe.
International orders may include freight, duty, VAT, customs processing fees, brokerage fees, environmental levy, delivery fees, pickup/drop-off fees, and other import or service-related charges. These charges may be estimated before or during checkout, but final charges may change if customs, a broker, courier, freight company, or government agency changes the classification, value, duty rate, levy, or other import details.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for making sure the item is allowed to be imported into their destination country. 2PriceTags is not responsible if an item is delayed, refused, seized, returned, destroyed, restricted, or rejected by customs, a courier, freight company, airline, supplier, broker, delivery partner, or government agency.
Ordering
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once payment review, supplier purchasing, vendor processing, warehouse receiving, pickup, package consolidation, freight booking, shipping, customs preparation, delivery preparation, or import processing has started.
If cancellation is approved, any non-refundable costs already paid, charged, booked, or incurred may be deducted from the refund or issued as store credit where appropriate.
Non-refundable costs may include payment processing fees, supplier fees, service fees, warehouse receiving fees, storage fees, pickup/drop-off fees, package consolidation fees, freight charges, shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, environmental levy, customs processing fees, brokerage fees, delivery fees, and other third-party or import-related charges.
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, refuse, or re-quote any order if the delivery address, product availability, supplier cost, shipping method, import requirements, restricted item status, payment status, or feasibility of the product requires review.
